| Matt Gordon, Director |  | Matt holds a B.A Hons and possesses 20 years of ICT experience including Senior Management positions with Morgan & Banks and TMP. Matt co-founded PRA with Philip Kingdom in March 2004. In addition to building the PRA business and advising clients in organisational change, Matt remains in a hands on ICT recruitment role in the provision of Senior Managers and C level candidates to a wide variety of clients.

| Philip Kingdom, Director |  | Phil started his ICT recruitment career in 1996 just as Windows 95 hit the market and has never looked back. Prior to this Phil split his time between serious fun, skiing and surfing and working in the Construction industry. During the 14 years spent in recruitment, Phil has worked in the contract and permanent arenas in the ICT and Banking & Finance markets.
In 2000 Phil opened a regional office for Definitive, a European recruitment company as their Australian Director. This led to a meeting with Matt Gordon in 2003 and PRA was soon formed. Phil's time is spent on operational responsibilities coupled with recruitment tasks whenever possible. Phil continues to love the industry he is in and the people who work in it. He is still surfing and skiing although two young boys mean other home priorities now take precedence.

| Mary E. Clark, Director, QLD |  | Mary achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University as well as a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law from Duke University Durham North Carolina. Mary has over 13 years of experience in Queensland as a contract labour hire and permanent ICT recruitment specialist. In October 2009, Mary was appointed Director of PRA Queensland. Her primary focus is account management and business development.
From 2002 to 2009, Mary was a significant contributor in a leading ICT recruitment firm. She was a finalist in the 2007 FEMA (Fairfax Employment Marketing Award) Recruiter of the Year awards and for more than five years was the highest revenue generator across Australia and New Zealand.
Mary’s motto in life is “To love what you do and know that it matters- what could be more fun!” She is a competitive runner and surfer and most importantly mother to three beautiful boys.

| Dimity Walker, Chief Financial Officer |  | Dimity graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting and Management. Dimity possesses 26 years commercial experience in Accounting and Management in various industries. She was self employed for 11 of these years. Dimity joined PRA as Chief Financial Officer in 2004. | John Knight, Director Sales, Victoria |  | John has over 15 years business consulting experience in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering & Design, Defence & Space Engineering, System Integration Engineering.
He joined PRA in 2006 and opened the Melbourne branch in Sept 2006. John quickly established the ICT recruitment team and secured crucial agreements with new clients, including many Australian and international household brands.
Prior to John joining PRA, he worked in the UK for 12 years managing all phases of new business development, corporate account management and special projects. These included contractor migration, cost efficiency programmes and other managed services.

| Chris Bremner, Managing Consultant, Victoria |  | Chris is currently the Managing Consultant for PRA Victoria and specialises in the Commercial, Industrial and Government Sectors. In addition to this, Chris is responsible for the operational efficiency and quality of service provided to the ICT job seeker and client markets in Victoria. Chris entered ICT recruitment with a leading ICT recruitment consulting firm in 2006. Chris worked with a variety of technical markets including testing, development, PMO and infrastructure as a contract specialist. Following two successful years, Chris moved to a small boutique IT Recruitment Company to establish a contract team working across the Scottish market.
Having built a solid and sustainable business unit, Chris seized the opportunity to progress his career overseas with a move to Australia in October 2008, where he joined PRA.
Since joining PRA Chris has been a significant contributor to the progress of the company both financially and operationally by continuing to offer a solutions based approach to both clients and job seekers alike.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow.

| Ruaraidh Hardie, Managing Consultant, NSW | 
| Ruaraidh achieved a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish and is a member of the International High IQ Society, with over 10 years’ experience in ICT recruitment. Ruaraidh's career began in London in 1999 as a Business Developer for an IT-focused Executive Search firm, and since then has gained substantial cross-discipline experience in retained search assignments, managed advertising campaigns, online recruitment advertising and contingent recruitment. He has successfully managed recruitment teams at various times throughout his career and is now the Managing Consultant for PRA Sydney.
Since moving to Sydney in 2006, Ruaraidh has focused exclusively on building a capability in the Business Information Management domain. This covers all the major data warehousing and business intelligence (DW / BI) technologies, as well as all the job types and levels of seniority within this niche space. In the four years Ruaraidh has been working in the DW / BI market he has built complete market coverage, and can now boast one of the strongest DW / BI desks in NSW, as well as one of the most well-known names.

| Scott has worked in our industry since 1987 starting his career in the UK. In 1995, Scott established his own company with colleagues and worked for some of the world’s leading Banks and Financial Institutions sourcing a wide variety of ICT professionals. In 2001 Scott sold his share in the recruitment company and after a break moved to Dubai to take up the challenge of starting a business in the UAE, recruiting both ICT and Engineering professionals. With the advent of the GFC in Dubai and the arrival of their first child, the family was excited to move to Perth with its great climate and great golf. Scott recognised the amazing opportunity that Western Australia is able to offer and in the 12 months since his arrival Scott had already made a significant contribution to PRA newest office. Myriam Paul, National Marketing and Communications Manager
|  | Myriam Paul brings over ten years of diversified training and demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, public relations, sales and customer service. With a Bachelor in Marketing and a Masters in Public Relations, Myriam is responsible for managing all national marketing and communications activities.
Branding activities include public and media relations, event management, digital marketing management and internal communications initiatives. Myriam also acts in a Recruitment Consultant capacity as per business requirements. Originally from the Ivory Coast, Myriam migrated to Australia in 2001.
