Having graduated with a B.A Hons Matt’s IT recruitment career started shortly after. His experience spans 23 years and having held senior management positions with Morgan & Banks and TMP/Hudson he started PRA with Philip Kingdom in March 2004. In addition to building the PRA business across 4 states and advising clients in organisational change, Matt remains in a hands on recruitment role in the provision of C level candidates to a wide variety of clients.
Philip is approaching 20 years in the recruitment industry, his career coinciding with Windows 95 hitting themarket. With his experience in contract and permanent recruitment extending across ICT and the Engineering markets, Philip manages technical consultant teams and provides hands-on recruitment expertise to large multinationals as well as smaller companies specialising in key niche technical areas.
Prior to co-founding/establishing PRA in 2004 and Enginuity 4 years later, Philip was responsible for opening and managing Europe’s Definitive IT Resources Sydney office. With the experience and vision this cultivated, a meeting with recruitment professional, Matt Gordon which lead shortly to the formation of PRA and subsequently Enginuity.
In more recent time's, Phil’s focus in the business is on the operational management of its offices across Australia as well as retaining a hand in key recruitment assignments and relationships. Philip continues to draw immense satisfaction from supporting his staff and client base, as well as a genuine passion for the industry in general, both its dynamism and challenges.
Mary achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University as well as a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law from Duke University Durham North Carolina. Mary has over 13 years of experience in Queensland as a contract labour hire and permanent ICT recruitment specialist. In October 2009, Mary was appointed Director of PRA Queensland. Her primary focus is account management and business development.
From 2002 to 2009, Mary was a significant contributor in a leading ICT recruitment firm. She was a finalist in the 2007 FEMA (Fairfax Employment Marketing Award) Recruiter of the Year awards and for more than five years was the highest revenue generator across Australia and New Zealand.
Mary’s motto in life is “To love what you do and know that it matters- what could be more fun!” She is a competitive runner and surfer and most importantly mother to three beautiful boys.
Louise became CFO for PRA and Enginuity in early 2012 and is already relishing the fun and dynamic environment. Louise is a finance professional with many years of commercial experience managing the accounting function.
Adelaide born and educated, Louise moved to Sydney after completing her Accountancy degree. She has since held several accounting roles, including accountant at Greater Union, Finance and IT Manager at Yves Saint Laurent/Gucci for 10 years and Finance Consultant to Meales Concrete pumping.
Louise’s experience in different industries has given her a great platform for the recruitment environment.
Chris is the General Manager for the Gen5 Group in Victoria. Chris is responsible for the operational efficiency and quality of service provided to the job seeker and client markets in Victoria.
Chris entered ICT recruitment with a leading ICT recruitment consulting firm in 2006. Chris worked with a variety of technical markets including testing, development, PMO and infrastructure as a contract specialist. Following two successful years, Chris moved to a small boutique IT Recruitment Company to establish a contract team working across the Scottish market.
Having built a solid and sustainable business unit, Chris seized the opportunity to progress his career overseas with a move to Australia in October 2008, where he joined PRA.
Since joining PRA Chris has been a significant contributor to the progress of the company both financially and operationally by continuing to offer a solutions based approach to both clients and job seekers alike. He has since become the General Manager of the Victorian branch of the Gen5 Group.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow.
Having graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science, Jason’s career in recruitment started in the UK in 2002 with an international recruitment firm. In 2008 Jason was chosen to spearhead the organisation’s expansion into Australia and subsequently opened three divisions for the company over three consecutive years.
Jason joined Enginuity as Director for Australia in 2011 and developed the company into a boutique provider of specialist talent into the Oil and Gas/ Mining/ Engineering sectors across Australia.
Sarah joined bubbleHub in May 2013 with over 14 years of experience in the recruitment sector working for a global organisation in the UK before heading ‘Down Under’ in 2012.

Scott has worked as an external recruiter for 25 years and has worked with both large “Blue Chip” and SME companies. He has established an excellent reputation amongst his peers and is very much a hands on recruiter with a global reach.
Working across all technical and business disciplines, Scott has lived and worked in London, Barcelona and Dubai. For the last couple of years, he has been our General Manager for Western Australia based in Perth.
After obtaining her HR Bachelor’s degree from the University of Stellenbosch (RSA), Suki started her IT recruitment career in 2001 in Dublin (Ireland). Her IT recruitment journey has taken her to, not only Ireland, but back to South Africa and now, her new home, Brisbane, Australia since 2009. In her current role as Managing Consultant for PRA Brisbane, she is still actively recruiting and also manages a team of talented account managers.
She works with National and International organisations and candidates at various levels and enjoys the absolute diversity that this career offers her. She is committed to deliver authentic, excellent customer service through ensuring accurate alignment of skills, experience and values between clients and candidates at all levels and fields in the Brisbane IT market. On a more personal note, her family is her core and she is mum to two beautiful little (feisty) red head girls.
